Our featured Vendor Space for Rent is Located in beautiful South Daytona. Porkie’s Restaurant sits on a 212 X 200 foot Lot directly on US-1 in South Daytona. This is PRIME Space located less than 100 feet from Miller’s Custom Parts, this area’s “Main Attraction”. The Daytona Beach News Journal Listed the Bikeweek South area as One of the Top Seven attended Spots during the Area Biker Events.

There are only so many “Hot” Locations and in many cases, there are more vendors than Prime Space. A Hot Location is only as good as the immediate area attendance. Our property has an amazing presence in a very busy area.

As seasoned Vendors know, finding a successful vending location is a process that begins with experimentation. The Vendor’s mission is to find the busiest Location within budget. It is important to remember though, that even the busiest locations are subject to the conventional wisdom of proper merchandising and offering the right product at the right time.
